Have you tried eConsult?

Avoid the queues and the busy telephone lines, our eConsult service gives you access to help and information when it suits YOU.

You  can request medical certificate, access information about referrals and test results or get advice about a medical condition.

Choose what's wrong either from an A-Z list of common illnesses or by selecting which body part is affected. You will then be taken through to answer questions about your symptoms, once you've finished the details are emailed to the practice and you will be contacted by the end of the next working day. Click here to see it for yourself.

Self Care

We are dedicated to providing you with all the information you need to help yourselves this winter!

Take a look at our Self Care page for advice and guidance on how you can treat those coughs, colds and sore throats at home.

Healthier Together is a fantastic website for parents to check your childs' symptoms, when they can go back to school/nursey and where to go for the help you need. You can even download the app straight to your smart phone.

Get Hampshire Walking!

We are supporting West Hampshire CCG's campaign to get people of all ages more active. Walking is free, fun and great for your health.

CQC Inspection

We recently had our Care Quality Commission inspection and would like to share the results with our patients.

We were very pleased with our report, having some areas of our service identified as 'outstanding' along with many areas judged to be 'good'. Though no areas were marked as 'requiring improvement' or found to be 'inadequate', we believe there is always room for improvement and are constantly striving to provide or patients with the best service we can.

Sharing Medical Records to support Your Care

We want you to receive the best and most appropriate care. Sharing your medical records with other community healthcare professionals who care for you will help us to do that. Please click HERE to read our patient information leaflet for more information.

It is your decision whether your information can be shared with other services, and you can change your mind at any time simply by informing the practice. If you DO NOT wish for your medical records to be shared in this way, please click HERE to complete our 'opt-out' form.
