Face covering exemption

As per letter below from Dr Nigel Watson, Chief Executive of Wessex Local Medical Committees, our GP's will not be providing exemption letters for face masks. If you fit the exemptions outlined, we have designed a set of cards for you to use. Simply print at home and cut out the card most applicable to your circumstance, or use the black card to add your own text. You can show these to the shop staff, drivers, conductors or any member of the public

To help stop the spread of COVID-19 we have made the decision to temporarily suspend the booking of appointments online to allow us to obtain a travel history / symptoms before patients attend the practice. We hope you will understand and support us in this decision.
We would encourage patients to make use of our eConsult service, which will be triaged by a GP and you will be contacted to arrange an appointment if required.
Please be aware of the added workload this puts on our Reception Team, and be patient if it takes longer than usual to get through on the telephone. We are doing our best to prevent potential exposure and protect our patients and staff.

CQC Inspection

We recently had our Care Quality Commission inspection and would like to share the results with our patients.

We were very pleased with our report, having some areas of our service identified as 'outstanding' along with many areas judged to be 'good'. Though no areas were marked as 'requiring improvement' or found to be 'inadequate', we believe there is always room for improvement and are constantly striving to provide or patients with the best service we can.

Sharing Medical Records to support Your Care

We want you to receive the best and most appropriate care. Sharing your medical records with other community healthcare professionals who care for you will help us to do that. Please click HERE to read our patient information leaflet for more information.

It is your decision whether your information can be shared with other services, and you can change your mind at any time simply by informing the practice. If you DO NOT wish for your medical records to be shared in this way, please click HERE to complete our 'opt-out' form.
