Miss Kelly Anderson (f)

Kelly_2Practice Manager Miss Kelly Anderson joined the Practice in July 2008 as a part time receptionist. In 2009, Kelly became responsible for managing the repeat prescriptions process. Kelly was then promoted to Reception Supervisor in March 2010, became Deputy Practice Manager  in December 2013 and worked her way up to Practice Manager in October 2016.

Since starting at The Arnewood Practice, Kelly has completed an NVQ in Customer Service and is currently working towards an AMSPAR Diploma in Primary Care Management.

Kelly works closely with our managing partner Dr Nigel Watson and is responsible for the day to day operational running of the Practice.



Jade Nabney is the Personal Assistant to Practice Manager along with various other duties. The Admin office is where the Secretaries type referral letters and handle queries regarding referrals; handle requests for medical reports and also manage the Arnewood Clinic. Data entry work includes inputting data from letters (including scanning) and actioning results. Pauline Maskell looks after the building. She is responsible for all physical aspects of the building, including the Cleaning, Health and Safety, ordering supplies and presentation of the practice to patients.

IT administration is provided by John Roberts.


Reception Supervisors Maureen Jones and Helen Annetts are responsible for the smooth running of reception. The receptionists perform various duties, the main ones being booking in patients; making appointments; accepting requests for repeat prescriptions and printing same, registering new patients and handling all queries.
