There is a wealth of helpful advice readily available from how to treat those common symptoms at home to when you do need to see the GP, but we realise patients may not always know where to look! So we are using this page to put it all in one place and help you, help yourselves.

e-Consult can be used to find advice about a specific problem, to sign post you to the most appropriate service and to get advice directly from your GP with a guaranteed response by the end of the next working day.
Healthier Together is a fantastic website for parents to check your childs' symptoms, when they can go back to school/nursey and where to go for the help you need. You can even download the app straight to your smart phone.
NHS Choices has lots of information on treating illnesses, what your symptoms might mean and where to find your local services including GPs, Dentists and Pharmacies.
Looking After Yourself is a page created by West Hampshire CCG, with some great health advice and information about local services.
WW (formerly WeightWatchers) are working with Hampshire County Council to help you learn to make healthy changes to your diet and lifestyle. Eligible Hampshire residents can join them FREE for 3 months. Follow the link to find out more and see if you qualify.
